Nope - definitely not correct.
Halifax are pretty flexible though on terms and affordability though, whilst the rates are ok at lower loan to values....I am a Mortgage Broker

OH works flexible hours - does anyone have any idea on how they will work out his annual salary? Will they take the figure from his P60 or will they look at recent payslips? Or will they write to his employer and if so how is this worked out?0
