DRO Lender Harrasment

Hi,
I am just looking for a bit of advice,
I went on a DRO in the new year and had no problems from any of my lenders others than Argos.
I gave them my ref number and thought that was the end of it, then they passed my details onto a debt collection agencey so I then gave them my details they seemed a bit annoyed and gave the debt back so to speak. This has now happened half a dozen times, each time I give DRO details its given back to Argos then they pass it on again.
Is there anyway I can stop the phone calls, letters etc once and for all?
Thanks for any advice in advance,
x

make a formal complaint to Argos in writing, and follow up with a referral to the FOS if not satisfied after 8 weeks.
Argos are one of the worst when it comes to debt recovery / accepting offers. They need to be shown that their behaviour is not acceptable.
