hi :hello:
i own a leasehold (99 year) maisonette which i purchased approx 10 years ago. the original owner in the 70's went bankrupt and the leasehold became the property of the crown.
the crown do not exercise there right as lessor to charge ground rent or maintain the property. (i meet the maintenance cost with my neighbour in the maisonette below.)
how do we go about regaining the leasehold?
any advice appreciated
