In store, vouchers (together with the original receipt) can be redeemed off the cost of your next shop at the checkouts, or alternatively (again, together with the original receipt) be redeemed at the customer service desk, if you are spending less than the value of the voucher.

Does that help, I'm thinking it's just an sada gift card, like what they give you when you have been overcharged.

If your trying to kill a apg you could do what I do.

Someone on here recommended getting the xmas money card. I got the money card from the customer services desk and she said when I do my shop ask the sa to put whatever I want on the xmas money card.

She said I can either then spend it when I want to or alternatively save it for xmas. She said that around the 20th November asda will add money to the card to round it up, ie if I had £47 on it, asda will add £3 making it a round £50.

I wanted to kill an biggish apg and just asked the sa to put £5 on the xmas money card and then she put my shopping through and I paid for the lot with an apg.

  • That's awesome, but what T&C does it state that difference will be put onto giftcard? I am being blind!!!

I had 6 vouchers around the £30 mark to get rid of today. Went to customer services to ask them to put them on a giftcard. At first they refused saying "were not allowed to take vouchers over £15" next minute they said I had to use it all on shopping!!!
I asked to see the manager who agreed with customer services:eek:
I asked him to read A's own T&C's and he said that he knew all the T&C's and was refusing to do anything about it!!!
I then got my phone out and showed him the T&C's about putting it on a giftcard and he went red with embarassment:rotfl:
    I bought 6 X 10p sweets and hey presto, giftcard with £176:D

  • Hi hope everyone is ok?

Budgie has had a nice day out at Trentham Gardens with my friend today, it was nice to catch up. But talking of Christmas I have seen the most adorable musical wooden advent calender and it is only £89.99 you may think its dear but Budgie really really wants one.
