    :D:D:D

Just booked my holidays for next year, I always go in May for my birthday and in September as a last hurrah before the truly cold weather sets in (just about made it this year!) but of course after the kids are safely back at school, I don't want hordes of children cluttering up the holiday parks :rotfl:

I am going here in May....

I stayed here for my 30th so thought I'd return for my 35th (argh!!!!!!), but this time I upgraded to a Prestige caravan with proper radiators so I won't be frozen every morning/evening!

Then here in September in a Deluxe Plus....

  • You have all got to stop treating new people like this. As I say I have read this thread for a while and the way you gang up on people is reminiscent of the school playground. A couple of posts under my first post was a newbie asking a question, did they get a warm welcome , NO!

    Self proclaimed Elite!

I must say, the majority of newbies have been given a very warm welcome. Myself being one of them! However, it is clear who comes over to this thread to be given it all on a plate! A lot of the time, questions are repeated over and over again, I know it comes across as rude but it does pay to read, read and read again! Otherwise, they only post 3 hours later asking what went wrong with their shop!!

If a newbie came over for support with their personal life the. They wouldnt be ignored or ganged up on!

Sorry... I think this thread is ace, im still new and learning but if the silly questions and lazy people irritate me then god knows how the oldies cope!!

I had 6 vouchers around the £30 mark to get rid of today. Went to customer services to ask them to put them on a giftcard. At first they refused saying "were not allowed to take vouchers over £15" next minute they said I had to use it all on shopping!!!
I asked to see the manager who agreed with customer services:eek:
I asked him to read A's own T&C's and he said that he knew all the T&C's and was refusing to do anything about it!!!
I then got my phone out and showed him the T&C's about putting it on a giftcard and he went red with embarassment:rotfl:
    I bought 6 X 10p sweets and hey presto, giftcard with £176:D

    26. Vouchers cannot be redeemed at in store concessions. Vouchers cannot be redeemed against the following items and categories: Kiosk (including Tobacco, Newspapers and Magazines), Fuel, Lottery, Gift Cards, Mobile Phone Top-Up Cards, Infant Formula, Optical and Prescriptions.

I'm reading term 26 of the t&c's as gift cards are not allowed can someone please direct me to where it says they can be bought with vouchers.

    TIA

Kadison welcome back from your holiday, hope you had a great time

QOC just been reading about your naughty !!!!! but so pleased she has returned and is now safe and sound :)

And then I read this below
That happened to my OH this afternoon!
He had a coupon for £3.45, and the till asked for amount details.
He was able to input £15 -without a supervisor being called!!
Has the ASDA sysatem gone up the spout?

Have I read this correct please ? You say your OH had a voucher for £3.45 but keyed in £15 ? Is that correct please? If it is you should be ashamed to come on here and boast about that behaviour

Back to catching up me thinks, or does it get any worse please?
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.
