Ok this is getting weirder and weirder. I got:

    1 x Duracell Ultra Power AAA Batteries (4) £4.47 £0.80

    b/c ends 5570

I also got the AA ones b/c ends 2562 yet they don't show on the comparison but they are on the receipt. Neither pack says M3 but they both are black & blue and match the pics from MSM. Did I get the wrong ones or what has happened please?

How strange? I bought 2 packs yesterday with the 2562 b/c but the compared correctly at the £6 paid

Thanks I'm not doing a shop today. Sunday trading laws apply to me :D too much cooking to do then resting with my feet up with my little ladies :)
  • Just got my first one capped - down 21p - how royally dare they!?!?! ;)

Edit: Thank you again to Henlan for the lists - they've been my main source of learning on this thread.

    ok.. guess where im going?
  • I would expect that to return £15 (£15.59 capped)
    for a spend of £14 + fillers.

This is the same concept with the JF deep repair conditioning masks. APG shows price as £18 (£6 each) but you only pay £10 (3 for £10) for them so this too would generate max £15 APG for a spend of just £10 + fillers.
  • Afternoon all, playing catchup. Taking longer than usual chuckling at the nightshifts antics. Just wanted to say happy 40th to Nerfdad xx

Well I've been capped so I've lost about £1 odd. We wanted sausages so rather than go to S for our usual ones we got the A version which are also 2 packs for £3 but as you can see these have given me 28p each rather than coming back either NA or price matched as expected. The Huggies, well I should have got those from S anyway so for these 4 items, these are the ones that sent me over the limit :) Other than that not a bad shop

Well, if they didnt cap it I found a good trick today

    4 x Duracell Ultra M3 AA Batteries (4)£17.88£3.18
4 x Duracell Ultra Power AAA Batteries (4)£17.88£3.18
    2 x Fox's Rocky Chocolate Bars (9x20g)£2.00£1.59

Due to the ASDA Price Guarantee, you're entitled to a voucher of £30.61

BUT.. I only paid £26.86 voucher and a 26p cash.

I dont think its taking into account the 2 for £6.

    1sy6g1.png

So im now going to go back and get £12 worth and it should give me back the same as I spend making them free.

So if I spend my £15 voucher on 4x battery and the rockys and the extra fillers it will give me back the same. ie free.

I did a battery shop a few days ago and the APG did recognise the ASDA 2 for £6 discount (see below) BUT I bought 3 batteries & one Rocky. Maybe it only works if you buy even numbers??

7 items (5 different) on your bill qualify for comparison

    Waitrose +£11.61

    1 x Ambrosia Rice Pudding Original (120g) £0.38 £0.32

    1 x Domestos 24 Hour Thick Bleach Citrus Fresh (750ml) £1.00 £0.32

    3 x Duracell Ultra M3 AA Batteries (4) £10.47 £2.38

    1 x Fox's Rocky Chocolate Bars (9x20g) £1.00 £0.80

    1 x Dettol Anti-Bacterial Mould & Mildew Remover Compl £2.90 £0.32

    1 x Haribo Tangfastics Mini £0.10 N/A

1 x ASDA Chosen by You Giant White Mice Bar (15g) £0.10 N/A

1 x ASDA Chosen by You Giant Rainbow Buttons Bar (15g) £0.09 N/A

    1 x ASDA Smartprice Medium Sliced Brown Bread (800g) £0.47 N/A

    1 x Arovit Pet Care Naturalise Dog Food Chicken & Rice...£1.00 N/A

    1 x Arovit Pet Care Naturalise Dog Food Fish & Rice - £1.00 N/A

    Comparison total (compared products only)
