I know it's personal choice, but I think to see posts of what people have bought ... it gives me ideas for my shopping list, and it's helpful to see what is still working.
If its 'today's stash' then that's true. If it just a huge pile of stuff amassed over a month though then I'm not sure how it helps you see what's working today? If I had a pound for every pound I'd lost, I'd be confused0 -
good morning glitch hunters.
I have bought a few of the mop refils and now I would like to purchase the mop. Unfortunately I cannot find them in my local.
Could anyone (i know there are a few) that use cr!bs causeway as tell me if they have the mops please and where I could find them? I will have to send my mum up with her bus pass but she refuses to go glitching/bargain hunting unless she has the exact instructions as to what and where.
Many thanks xx0 -
Morning all!
Me and OH were trouted yesterday in A's, 3 lots of shopping on the belt and when trying to pay with a £20 odd voucher SA says we can't take these - we can't take anything over £15. Then sv comes over and says the same. So we left all shopping on beltand went to CS.
CS brings out the memo and after a bit of faffing agrees to call HO there and then, other CS man shows me the memo..:T
I was particularly interested in the paragraph that finishes with "this comes into force COB SUNDAY 23RD SEPT"....yesterday was Saturday 22nd lol!
HO agrees the vouchers should be accepted today :T and CS man thinks the best thing to do is give me the money for them  All 3 of them... £60 odd pounds worth!:eek::eek:
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Oddly enough I didn't argue with him!
That wasn't the end of the strangeness....went to next store and used some cash to buy 2 more under £15 glitch shops - on entering the receipt I get one £14.xx and one for £24.xx where the flipping JF has glitched twice and compared at full price!
It was the Full repair shampoo, conditioner and the deep conditioner pot. All these items I've bought several times before and have always compared at the discounted £10.
Now I think the best thing to do is return that shop (APG to be binned don't worry) because the APG is £24.xx and the total bill is £17.xx!:D - Even the most accommodating SA would notice a problem!
I need a lie down!Learn from the past, enjoy and appreciate the present and work to make your future the best it can possibly be
And get lots of glitches!0 -

sorry for being thick again but....
how do you know if you have been overcharged? until i was made aware of the apg glitch on weds i knew the price of nothing, now i know the price of cleaning, shampoo, and dental but thats my total knowledge, actually the last time i was in a supermarket before wed was 23.12.11!!!!
Shelf edge labels sometimes have a date on them usually the yellow promotion ones, if the offer is out of date there's a chance it has gone back up in price. I look out for displays of items that are away from their main place on the shelf sometimes the prices on these don't get changed when the offer finishes. There is also a thread on grabbit where people report their finds.
Unless it's something I particularly want I only usually bother with things that would be free after dtd. Most recently digital home phones, on a promotion end £59.99 scanned £124.99 so after double the difference I was paid to take them away.0 -

Good morning all. Off to work now, be nice to each other.
Very subtle. Im sure you know exactly where it is without the need to broadcast how rude you are too.
If not, read back or use the search button.
So many double standards. Please don't judge me. you couldn't handle half of what I've been through.0 -

Can highly recommend the Bulmers though  I normally drink cidre (yes that's right, Stella cidre, not cider) but the berries & lime one is quite yummy.
Sorry to ask but which supermarket does the bulmers compare against? There is only one thing in life worse than being talked about, and that is not being talked about.
