I've always thought they had no clue about the triggers or the whole 3 for 2/ 2 for 1 thing. The cap and the barcode thing would indicate they thought the vouchers were being reused or reproduced more than once in some way.

I bet all they know of the triggers is what's in the press and we know how accurate that is:rotfl:
