  • Well I have had a full day cleaning and sorting the garden. Rewarded myself with a trip to A's and good old T's (I had to, they were missing me!)
Nice to see lots of familiar names on the left :)
Sad to hear that someone upset Redfox (we loves you, we do!)
And whoever felt it necessary to message and upset her - well

I was scared by peoples gut feeling that glitch may be fixed tomorrow so have cancelled my online order. It was a biggy £75 & couldn't risk it. Think it's the right decision. Anybody else having a delivery tomorrow?

I can understand that the original posters on the Elite threads are feeling miffed at all the APG stuff dominating the thread, but hopefully some of us newbies will actually stick around and become part of the family? :A

    Hi

Thank you for this post. I think all folk new to the thread are very welcome. But something happened yesterday that hauled me (and I think others) up short and shocked me, made me sad. One of our number was in a lot of pain, suffering and distress, and it almost went by unnoticed. We all love our bargains, but what we have always been here for is also to help and support each other. I don't know all the peeps on here, but I do know that if anyone needs an ear or a hug or reassurance or a rant or a pat on the back, whatever, then that has been what makes this thread such a very special place to be a part of.

So not miffed about all the APG stuff, just shocked and surprised how much we all got so caught up in it that someone in pain or need might get left behind. No glitch or bargain is more important than keeping that ethos alive and kicking, so the attempts to get things back to "normal" is in no way to make newer posters feel unwanted or left out or to stop mention of or going after Asda glitches, just maybe a reminder to keep things in perspective and not forget the more important things in life.

Balance is good - things were getting too skewed one way. It is nice to see some of that balance restored.

Please stick around - I think you will like this family :)
