Have woken up with a headache from hell. Just hope it's not a migraine as I want to go to A's today.

Thought I would post this. Its very interesting, well to me it is. Will captivity of cetaceans never end.

The Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta is seeking to import 18 Beluga whales from Russia. The whales would go to the Georgia Aquarium and SeaWorld parks in California, Texas, and Florida, The Shedd Aquarium in Chicago and Mystic Aquarium in Connecticut.

    Full story here. http://myemail.constantcontact.com/Action-Alert---SeaWorld-Imports-18-Belugas.html?soid=1100741871711&aid=j9pgQLtaATM

Thanks for highlighting this outrage. I felt moved to act and submitted the comment below...

"I am apalled that this could even be under consideration for a whole host of reasons which many will explain far more eloquently than I.

Should this be approved I will personally pledge not to spend my 'tourist dollars' in any state participating in this cruelty and actively encourage my wide circle of friends, colleagues and contacts to do similarly."

    Morning all.

Have actually read every page in this thread (really yes) and is fascinating....is taking over my life reading of everyone's exploits....I have work to do but this is more fun.

One question if I may.......(I read everything as I say but this one is probably obvious but escaping me) ..... the MoneySupkt web site has all the core savings data and I'm reading that as I type. So do I just use that as input on the agp? For example, the Savy buys page has Lake District cheese 350g on a (sains) 2 for 1 £3.99 offer.

How would I use that data to best advantage on an apg?

Understand the trigger items I think, understand the 8 different, 10 item rule. Understand the AvX logic. Also understand the 2,5,8,11 need but not the logic.

Don't fully understand the 1+2 (3 multiple) concept...is this reflecting 3 for 2 offers on MonSupermakt?

As I say I have done my homework and really have read the lot but these couple of steps elude me a bit.

I aspire to a cupboard like scamps1966 but would be happy with more modest gains :-)

If someone could mark my homework and put a couple of teachers notes in that would be great - cheers people

Hi like you have been studying - I did my first shop yesterday and hope to use APGs today on 2 more shops - then I can't go for 2 weeks so will monitor thread. As I understand (and Henlans list is good at clarifying this). You need 1 trigger item and then the offer is either bogof or get 2 for set amount (hence the 1 + 2 =3), or 1 (trigger) and 8 items if you are buying more of a set deal = 9. You usually only need one trigger item except fizzy at sainsbury's which again Henlan outlines clearly (also check post on page one - fudge girl?). But yes it does take a long time. If I'm wrong I am sure someone will say but worked this way for me yesterday.
As per my post yesterday once again thanks to everyone for their hardwork and sharing - a godsend-not good times at the moment but this helps.:)
  • Jamsponge love the daily cove updates so glad it is blue :T:T
  • Hi everyone!
I'm really sorry for theQ's but...
There is an Asda Living opened by me today. Do they accept APG's and can you generate them from there?
Any answers will be gratefully received x
