I'm taking the 'newbie' plunge and finally posting... A friend of mine pointed me in your direction a short while ago. Since then I've been doing lots and lots and lots of research.
I have done two shops which I messed up and put down to experience and one which produced a modest, yet satisfying apg.
Especially given that my husband has been made redundant and I've been told to shop at a certain supermarket to save money!
Now I have finally cracked it and have lots of cereal and cleaning products. Off to get some chocolate and wine tomorrow for the weekend!!
THANK YOU ALL who provide lists, guidance and general words of wisdom.

:(:(:(:(:(
It really really saddens me to read this thread.
Why do I read it?
Because it was a warm friendly thread & I read to try & catch up with my cyber friends here.
Now I don't recognise it - it's become a thread of trolls, bullies, braggers & 'who can shout the loudest & longest'
It really has. Some of the stuff is quite upsetting to read :eek:0 -

This isn't your average glitch thread, its a small community of people who help and support each other as need be. Nobody stops newbies joining that community but henlans has made no effort to do so and actually when many (not just me) have challenged his attitudes he's basically told them to naff off.
You might like that, most on here do not.
I don't recognise your name so perhaps you didn't stick around long enough to fit in, I don't know. We never turn away people who join in here and never have done. I'm not sure it's fair of you to blame us because you didn't feel like you fitted in either. We all get the sense of belonging in places and not all of us feel that same sense in the same places, its what makes us all different.
I'm no bully, in fact during most of the !!!!!ing on here lately (particularly on the last thread or two) you'll find I didn't bother posting at all and left them to it. For this thread however a lot of the regular posters decided to try and make this thread what it was before. That wasn't MY doing, it wasn't MY idea....it was a collective thing. Hardly a bad thing that people want to fight to save something they believe in and value.
I couldn't have put it better myselfit's best to ignore. The thread is never going to get back to what it was whilst all this glitching is still going on. Regardless of how hard we try. Sit tight FK

As it's a public space, anyone should be able to post anything (within rules and regs) yet Mandyxapa has been slated by several members. I don't know who he/she is or if he/she is genuine, as I don't know who any of you are but are all given the benefit of the doubt. I do see why the comments made got some posters backs up, and as a newbie too, I feel like I should help out regardless of wether he/she is in the right.
I also noticed a comment about Henlans but he/she was immediately defended. I appreciate Henlans is a regular member, and in my opinion an invaluable poster, but he/she was once a newbie too....
I'm off to bed in the hope that tomorrow's posts will be much more friendly.
Get used to it. Some of the members on this forum just like to bully other people and that includes newbies. I dont stand for it. If I want to post something I will post it!!Why do you seem to hate anyone who is not a regular here? some have stumbled on it most have come because of this glitch, i have been here before when this thread was mainly about tesco the clip strip club, when the fajitas kits where glitching and the dairy milk for what ever reason was scanning at 39p, i have asked questions, i have tried to help and tried to pitch in on the banter that goes, and to be honest apart from a few people here (some of you guys are truly wonderful) i never felt very welcome, i have popped back over every now and again to see what is going on but have never stuck around long due to some of the rudeness, this is not aimed all at you but you are one of the few people i have seen making some horrible remarks that are out right rude to and about newer posters.
I saw someone mention the word bully the other day and to be honest i am begging to think you are coming close to it with your sarcastic remarks at anyone who does not fit into your click of "regulars" before the people here became regulars they where newbies.
And yes i know i will get called a troll or whatever and you will laugh at me for what i say, i have seen it done several times over the past few days but i know what i see whether it is mean that way or not it is how it reads and probably to not just me.
Yes so true.. I then get linked to another account that has nothing to do with me. Just remember. this is EVERYONES forum not just a few people that try and control it.
YOU WONT CONTROL ME!
Once this is over.. ill still be here watching for new deals0
