Evening leo has lost HALF A STONE since his diet
Now down to 3 and half stone or there abouts couldn't believe it when i weighed him am so proud of him!

Walked him all the way to shops today and back and spent hour and half running around in park so one very tired boy in bed

Cook them on the hob, as if you are "frying" them 2-3 mins a side on a med heat I use a Tefal frying pan when I got round my friends house and she begs me to make them, it works pretty well just have to keep checking the heat

Just a little word of advice - people are very touchy at the moment as lots of things are being posted which when the thread is running as normal is all par for the course, silly, non-sensical, and down right daft - but sadly the thread has now been taken over by greedy, selfish people who care about nothing other than getting as much out of this glitch as possible - and don't give a fig about the "people" on this thread. I must admit i too find your posts a bit obscure for a newbie, normally most people introduce themselves and ease themselves in gently, and are welcomed with open arms, but as i sad the thread is not as it should be. Please don't take it too much to heart and just sit back relax and enjoy the ride - we are lovely when you get to know us and also us to know you, but it won't happen over night - but welcome anyway xxxx

Never tried then in an oven yet but I have seen recipes online where they are oven baked:D
