Had a really horrible experience myself now, someone came to check the apg coupon, then they went away out of my earshot with their phone to call someone, then they came back, I was told that there is a scam going on that they are all aware of, and that they are going to find the culprit and said they would accept this voucher but not next time, and kept banging on in a threatening and aggressive manner whilst I stood with a queue of people behind me.
Why accept it then be so horrible about it?
I'd have preferred to it have not been accepted (although it is of course genuine) and be sent away rather than go through that experience again.
I asked her if she thought me or my coupons were fraudulent, she did not reply and kept my receipt and wrote down all the transaction details from my there and then shop.
Not sure whether to email or call CS, I wouldn't have bothered if she had spoken to me politely and respectfully and wasn't so utterly vile.Ahhhh.... lemony fresh victory is mineee!!!0 -

Just thought I would say that on both of the orders I have done online I have selected no substitutes and the comparison has gone off my ordered order and not the delivered order.
So on Monday I had the rice pot missing but it still compared, and yesterday I had 2 Aussie conditioners missing and it still compared as it went off my original order.
Just thinking if you allow substitues it may !!!! it up for you. But online saves a trouting.
Good luck let us all know how you go on, after all we can't have you missing out now can we.
Budgie (No I'm really not here).xxx and Tweets I always thought you were female for some reason! xxx
With my nearest A being a 20 minute drive away I am considering an online shop
Thanks for sharing your experience, I may just have a go:j:j:j:j0 -
The Jack Reacher Casting Couch (with apologies to HC!)
Gerard Butler
Vince Vaughan
Daniel Craig
Paul Johansson
Jake Gylenhaal
Any more offers?Ms-Money-Penny wrote: »Originally Posted by tbw
Tom Cruise certainly doesn't fit my mental image of Jack Reacher ! I love the books but I'll give the film a miss as TC would spoil my fantasies.

Totally agree with you Tom Cruise is so wrong for this role.
Gerard Butler or Vince Vaughan, Daniel Craig is too smoothThe guy who played Dan Scott in One Tree Hill (Paul Johansson) would have been a great Reacher. have a look on Youtube.
Also, why call the film "Jack Reacher" which is a crap title. "Reacher" on it's own would have been much better.
What with Reacher, MSE and Asda I am not getting much done. Today is a Reacher day - although I realise the kids will be home in an hour so I might just have to spray the Pledge around so it [STRIKE]looks[/STRIKE]smells like I've done something - after the next chapter of course!!:rotfl:0 -

OMG!! I've just come on for a catchup and you lot have stacked up 32 pages of 40 posts each since this time ish yesterday.:D:rotfl: Boy, have I got some reading to do! Still the chicken curry, spanish chicken and shepherds pies are cooked, the basics done for a spag bol, just needs putting together, the washing is done and out on the line, kitchen cleared, and a couple of banana and choc chip cakes are in the oven. Cup of coffee and a read now I think.:D
Hope you're all well.
Have I missed anything big, anything I need to look out for whilst catching up?
I'll be skimming so the thanks button probably won't get it's usual workout:o sorry.

Good luck and you can go for a larger apg so it saves multiple shops and troutings.
heynonnynonny can I ask please was that in the W one or the T one, Savannah67 has told me she has had trouble in the W one. I just have one £7,27 voucher to spend from my first shop. But I don't fancy a trouting though it is from a couple of weeks ago. Cheers me Dears.

good afternoon all
just got APG £50.06so all cleaning i tried still working was hoping to get on here earlier to confirm for people but had things to do
Oh dear me... been complaining to very for over a week about the bed we bought having no slacks and kicking off saying how disgusting it is...
Just went to put cleaning stuff in storage cudboard...SLACKS!!!!!
Hi Tricia
this really made me laugh, especially as the boards on the bed are called SLATS...............
SLACKS are an old fashioned word for trousers (ususally nylon and beige like some very old people wear).
I had visions of a massive very lorry arriving with 50 pairs of bri-nylon slip on trews!!!0 -
My DH just phoned me. I said to him "Theres a choccy glitch"
Him. " Maybe its time I boarded the loft out and got you one of those ladders that folds up, then you could start stashing stuff up there instead of in our bedroom. Dont you think this is verging on ridiculous."
Me " Errrr, NO.":rotfl:
