Just been trouted till needed authorisation so sv came and said "oh no that can't be right. I need to get this authorised and toddles off.

She came back followed by manager who said I couldn't use the voucher because it was out of date, I explained voucher was valid until Oct and he said
"oh ok you can use it but I need your name address and phone number"
Then a woman sv/ manager came,with a face like thunderand said how can you have a voucher for £30.** with a £7 spend.
At this point lots of people were watching, I said it wasn't a £7 spend and all I did was enter receipt into pricecheck and it gave me that voucher.
after that another 2 sv's came and joined in. I just shrugged every time they queried how I'd got so much and just said your price check.

DH thinks I'm going to get arrested or have to pay for everything, must admit am quite nervous myself, don't think I'll be going for a bit now.
Oh and when I left there was about 5 of them at the CS desk on the phone to HO.

The Galaxy will show when you sign into mysupermarket. Glitch will compare to the cheapest item bought.

Have you logged into msm? I find it gives different results if I'm not.

I tried Lala's approach to making my husband believe I had been busy cleaning. I sprayed polish in the air 30 minutes before he come home, he walked in the front door said you have been busy then slipped on the wood floor :rotfl: I will spray a bit less next time

Thanks to all who post here - have done quite a few APG shops now and think am getting the hang of it. But this one from today has me puzzled. I bought the wrong size dishwasher cleaner so it didn't compare. This is fine as still had voucher for about £7.00 ( I've tried to avoid the bigger ones as could not withstand the trauma of major trouting). But I thought as this left me with 4 not 6 glitchy items, that the others would not compare?? probably me being a numpty but just curious........
