Has anybody who's done an online shop actually got their voucher back yet, please? It's been 7 days and still nothing for me! I'm assuming it goes into the e-vouchers bit? TIA
Just saw this as I was logging off, now thats a worry.I only did my first online shop on Monday and one today if your e voucher isn't there by tomorrow I would email them.
It would be good if you could report back please? Good Luck and I hope its in your account tomorrow, I do remember one poster saying that she checked hers after 5 days and it was there?
Many Thanks

Chocolate, crisps and pop are buy one get one free at Tesco (see link above) so I bought the cheapest bar there, the Galaxy at £1.26 so all the others compared to that...half of £1.26 = 63p...:) Make sure you buy an EVEN number of products from the list (I made the silly mistake of buying 7).Born to glitch0 -
£5 ?!! I would have demanded at least a £50 gift card for all the distress and humiliation. I am so sorry to hear this happened to you. I had a similar experience (without the police being called) but with Duty Manager, SV, 2 SA and the security guard surrounding me at the customer service desk. I wasted my time trying to make them understand my voucher was genuine. I called HO and managed to get a £10 gift card, but reading what happened to you really made me mad at them! Sorry, I just think you deserved more for what you were put through.:(
I take your point and I am sorry to hear that you had the whole gang of them.
I dont understand why they will not listen. I tried to get them to ring CS , to look at my iphone or to check the receipt numbers on the APG website. They point blank refused to do any of these.
I realise I could have got more out of them , but I only wanted £5. It was good predicting that they would apologise and give me a £5 voucher and exactly that happening.
If I was the manager I would be very unhappy with the security person who misled him. He should have questioned the acuracy of the information she provided but she was adamant she was correct.
Noy sure what would be gained in persuing this any further. I dont think the day staff at this sada will be so heavy handed for a few weeks at least.0 -

I've looked for a contact email on the APG site but couldn't find any, just an address and phone number for querying inaccurate comparisons. I hate phoning too!
Will definitely report back0 -

As it's an online claim, I just log in with my email address, didn't need to put any order number etc.. did you do it differently then?
When I try to claim for the voucher again, it just says I've already claimed for it.0
