I was wondering this too - I have a dongle that i use on my laptop when out & about & that would generate a new IP address & ill clear my cookies


Hopefully that'll be enough

It initially asks for email address and presumably tracks ip, most ip addresses are not static so if you are concerned reset your router and most will generate a new ip address (you can do it manually too on the computer) but it is soley down to ip and email, as long as you make up an email address which is unique and clear cookies in theory you should be ok. It does depend whether you have a static or roaming ip though. Just my opinion on experience rather than solid fact.
