I dont think there is anything to be gained if I call HO , The customer services agent apologised while I was being detained at the sada store and again an hour later.

I would have refused if I realised thats where he was taking me. The duty manager was quite clever. He took me to one side away from the till. Then said we need to go to CS. On the way to CS a door opened and he said we need to go in here.

I was surrounded , just sort of sheperded into the room.

They wanted me to go in a room that looked like it could be locked. I point blank refused to go in there. said the would have to asault me to make me go in!

Helans advice is good , do not go in if you are aware that that is where they are taking you!

I am fine now , just wanted to share/warn.

The best advice is to phone sada CS straight away , they understand the apg system and will direct the instore staff correctly.
