In my shop at Mr A's....
My mind went fuzzy - in a haze
    Was it cereal?
    Or was is dental?
The whole experience sends me mental.

In the store I read my list,
Why oh why can't I resist?
How they stare, as I waltz through the door
And begin my dance around the store.

Rice pot or tin? I can't recall
My head has hit another wall,
    Was it three?
    Or was it four?
Help! I cannot take it anymore

Evening all, hope everyone is doing well.

Just a quick shop for me today, after work but before kids!

No asda and no horse riding for me tonight :( I'm poorly sick with an upset tum, really don't feel good at all.

And no sympathy off the OH, his golf clubs arrived today so all u have heard is his incessant babbling about golf for half an hour whilst he swings the club as close to my head as possible.

Now he's in the kitchen babbling away about nonsense and has been doing this for over 20 mins, I wish I could record him so you could hear what a plonker he is! :rotfl:

Methinks those golf clubs may get shoved somewhere tonight

Playing catchup yet again!! Hope you feel better soon xxx

  • Good evening everyone. Busy but successsful day. No idea how I managed to keep moving though, woke up with an extremely stiff neck, playing up even now. Ended getting up at about 05:30 because I was in so much pain! Why is it so much more comfortable standing up :mad:

Don't speak to me about golf:mad: Had Christmas shopping all arranged one year, we were going to Bentalls in Kingston, I had made sure I had the time off etc. That morning I was all ready to go when OH announced he was off to play golf:mad: He had seen he had the day off and arranged a round with his mates, and paid for it too. That was about 27 years ago and I still have not forgiven him :rotfl::rotfl: Was a rush to get the shopping done in the other local towns because I had to go to 3 separate ones to get everything when we could have got it all in Kingston (I don't drive!).
