    MAJOR TROUTED TODAY!

Tried out a store near my work in D*rby with a £2*.** voucher. SS said they need to check vouchers over £10, supervisor came over and said this isn't possible, had a quiet word to the SS and I overheard her mention "it looks like this is fraud, suspend the shop".........

Waited over at the side for 15 minutes back and forth, saying they'll be another 2 mins about 4 times....finally came back and the supervisor said they had rung through to Asda house, they know of the problem and there is a glitch with mysupermarket where it doesn't compare the items so you get it for free.....I told her this wasn't the case, and she then mentioned that they were also amazed that I can get the voucher today as you need to wait 24 hours......I mentioned again this wasn't the case!!

She said it will be put through this time only but no further shops were allowed with vouchers of iover £10. I then started getting annoyed by this and said "does that mean I can't come back and shop with you tomorrow, I find that vitimisation when all i've tried to do is do a standard shop and use a voucher". She paused and said if I want to come in tomorrow, come and see her directly and she'll "see what she can do....."

Going to go back tomorrow now just to prove a point!!!!! Complaint also going off to ASDA head office on this one.

i had similar yesterday, i went back in the evening and with the managers say so i was allowed to use my apg and got a £5 gift card

Hi everybody, I've forced myself to stay away for 2 days so I can get the house clean and tidy before the weekend visiters arrive tonight :D

Alos the main computer is getting ever more decrepit and slow and the printer is being difficult, thinks the new print paper is too thin so refuses to belive it exists unless you hold it in place :mad:Not sure wether to risk printing off new SSm and Loreals ...

Anyway i have no idea now what is and what is not working but please can you tell me what I did wrong here. Its a shop I did on Sunday, I based it on someones elses list that worked so where did i go wrong? Not very happy about paying full price for the Alpens.

    I think i am missing a rice?

I did get an APG which is probally not as big as it might be but I am not too disappointed - the ammount I paid v the APG resulting was not too bad a ration.

1 x Heinz Five Beanz in Tomato Sauce (415g)£0.84N/A
2 x Alpen Light Cereal Bars Apple & Sultana (5x19g)£3.96£0.77
1 x Alpen Light Bars Summer Fruits (5x19g)£1.98£1.99
1 x Alpen Light Bars Double Chocolate (5x19g)£1.98£1.99
1 x Huggies Newborn Kit with Wipes, Cotton Hat & Nappi...£3.00N/A
1 x ASDA Chosen by You Original Porridge Oats (500g)£1.64£0.39
1 x ASDA Smartprice Rich Tea Biscuits (300g)£0.14N/A
    1 x Oreo Cookies - Vanilla (154g)£1.00£0.49
    1 x Oreo Cookies - Double Stuff Chocolate (185g)£1.29£0.69
    3 x Iams Adult 1+ Rich in Chicken (300g)£5.25£1.16
    Comparison total (compared products only)£17.10£7.48

You got the porridge instead of the rice. Rice would have made your items 32p but you also only got 8 items when it should have been 9.
  • bought it as a trigger as more useful to me than the steradent

You should be ok using that as your cheap item instead of steradent but be aware your products will compare at a higher price, 80p I believe.

Still a bargain for the expensive toothpaste imo;)
