Supervisor said they had a memo today saying there was a problem with the website and all vouchers over £10.00 can't be accepted! Didn't enter any discussions:mad: as I had my children with me. Anybody had similar today. This was Peter'boro.
I just had this. I actually can not believe how I was spoken to. I had a £15.57 apg and was told that it could not be accepted for "fraudulent reasons" - I showed the manager the app on my iPhone showing the voucher etc but was called a liar and I was lucky they were not calling the police. The deputy manager was waving a piece of paper at me saying that it's for "fraudulent reasons" over and over again. I got their names-looking forward to a rant tomorrow-all my pregnancy hormones shall be unleashed. Was never trouted like this at Ts in DTD - and all for £15!0 -
Thankyou ive read the apg
but how do things go through at 32p and do you need to go back 3 hrs later to get the money back? and how do you spend the voucher? xxx
