Well that's alright then, I must have the jump on the rest if you.0 -
Unfortunately I had a little blip and started smoking again
But it's all good as now I am on Champix and my quit date is the 22nd September :j They are already starting to taste funny and I seem to be less bothered about them.
Today is my first day where I have to take two tablets, so upping the dose, we'll see where that takes me!
Thank you for asking, and I hope all is ok with you
Sorry to hear that you had a blip but good for you for getting back on it Magic. :T
Good luck for the 22nd and beyond. I have not heard of Champix but hope that they work out for you. Don't forget that we are here if you feel you are slipping, sometimes a good chat helps, I know it does for me.When I grow old, I dont want people thinking "what a sweet old lady" I want them to think

Most glitches you buy/order/whatever, then move on. This one has gone on and on which is great (for us), but I don't think MSE would take too kindly to all the above talk as it could be considered a step too far, and would be more noticeable if it was on somewhere like the grabbit board.
Just my personal opinion, not a professional one (just for you Henlans!).
I wasn't saying that it isn't morally wrong...just no more so than lots of other glitches
Trying to scan as many of the 1p or 4p items, ordering stuff using different emails, stacking codes, printing lots of coupons, using multi coupons, targetting DTD's....the list of "shopping habits" could go on and on
And yes you are right.....some on this thread have absolutely hammered this glitch and can you imagine if suddenly 1000's of people started going for it big time
So thinking about it, yes, you can see the reasoning for keeping it here where it is hiddenMy husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0 -

I keep 'tuning in' every time I stop for a brew and then I get too comfy for cleaning.

OK....I've never liked you...or your jam!:p:p:p :rotfl:

I've done some investigating on this one
Turns out you have to buy a 12.5g can of Nescafe Brown Sauce as the trigger....only works on a Wednesday....and you have to be wearing a black beret.....and singing "My old man's a dustman"....in Portugese....whilst you go through an even numbered till....with an odd number of products....scanned in weight order
We need a volunteer! Who wants to go and test it out tomorrow?

Oh I would but I am washing my hair - now where did I put that mountain of poo? When I grow old, I dont want people thinking "what a sweet old lady" I want them to think

Quick trip to Asda, managed 2 wombles on way in both 60£+ so fingers crossed.
Couldn't find the chickens or the crunchy nut cornflakes ( empty section lol)
Went to T for the mag, got a handful, then went back in for a meal deal @ £3, but it only cost £2.78, got till spits for save £1 on luco revive 4x 380ml and 40p off lactoe free spread ( still on lurpak.
Grabbed another handful of mags on way, notice the £1 off Baveria which is £1.50 in Sainsbob and £1.39 in Waitrose.
You've been away too long and gotten out of practice, sir
Normally I would have expected your post in the format:
Litter picker upper deeds done for the day. (un)fruitful? Unknown as yet
No chook or flakes. Beaten by lurkers
Got mags, cheap lunch, more mags (did I say mags)
39p for 4 beers after MOCs/PP. Shocking! :eek::eek::eek:
Awaiting roving reporter updates
Frequent out
Keep posting, you'll be back to your old self in no time. Do you still have the spoon proof pot handy? You know you'll need it before the day is out :rotfl::rotfl:Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -

Morning all, I'm in school in ppa room, non teaching day today and last day of inspection. I wish I was teaching, think I would be more relaxed and time would go quicker. Fingers crossed we get a good report back at 4ish.
I have decided I am going out for a meal tonight either to celebrate or comfort each, lol.
Just catching up, hope it all goes well, I know it can be nerve racking!
Can't wait to hear the news!:beer:0
