They have got the laundry inserts though.
Also noticed inside the mag is a coupon for tesco to donate £1 to stand up for cancer every time one is scanned. I will be making sure I take all these out to get scanned before recycling the mags.
Check the wording. It is YOU who will make the donation as £1 gets added to your billApparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -

I didn't get the invite but I made it to the party anyway (plenty of nonsensical chat from me last night!
There weren't any "invites" or pm's involved. There's several of us who are friends on Facebook, and have been able to keep in touch that way since the 11+ became just an APG thread. But lot's of other regulars who aren't... and are really missing the usual "chat" of the thread and we have missed really important posts from these friends as they've just got swallowed up amongst all the receipts and will it, wont it posts.:(
So we lightheartedly said let's "meet" up on the thread and do what we've always done.....chat and support each other and just reclaim our old thread for a while.
Some were going shopping, others had family to see to etc. so it was agreed that 10.30 would be an ideal time to meet up....(a bit like we did when Alan died and we all raised a glass to him :A:A)
So no "let's not ask him or her" or anything like that. If you were a facebook friend you might have seen it...if not you wouldn't.
As it transpired, FK started a new thread and it immediately reverted back to how it's always been, with lots of people who hadn't posted for a while, returning....so no need to try to chivvy them out of hiding
This is and always has been a "chat" thread. There is a dedicated Tesco JTD and 1p items thread on the main grabbit board and I personally think that's where the APG should predominantly go whilst the glitch is on.....especially as lot's of people rightly feel it should be shared....and once it goes on there it will do precisely that and then some
There was a real mischief maker on the thread last night...trying to cause trouble, when there was absolutely no need.:(My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.0 -
The clipstrip club was a club that was made ages ago. It was when their were lots of 1p items about in T's which usually hung on a long strip called a clipstrip. You had to try and get the long hanging strip with its 1p contents through a self scann machine and pay without getting trouted. Then when you posted a piccie you got in the club.It was all a bit of fun and silliness but it kept us all amused for a long time when glitches where shrt on the ground;) Obviously the more inventive piccies the better;)
The sofa belongs to HappyChappy;)He made me his cybermummy so I adopted him;);):T:Tbut if he plays up or is naughty he hides behind the "sofa" which everyone else uses all the time. It sort of became the alternative to the naughty step and gets brought over to every new thread, sometimes it's given a clean but Happy likes it grubby for some strange reason:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:It's a joke that sometimes theirs 3 or 4 people all behind the sofa after being a bit naughty, that or some people get bashed on the head with a saucepan when they play up:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Mad, Yep you could say we all are on here:)
Whoops morning everyone, lovely day here :T
I loved the clipstrip club:D:D I have forgot my number though (either 17 or 19) I remember laughing to myself the whole way round T's with 2 clip strips in my trolley - not bothered my the 1p products on them :rotfl::rotfl:

Toothpaste has always be a A v W shop. I've done it with smiley toothbrushes and compares at £1.00, big or little teeth toothpaste with also compares at £1.00 or if you buy the steradent which is £1.00 it compares at 67p. The listerine 1kg is a good one to buy as it costs £7.00
Thanks for this - so the kids toothpaste is the trigger for the toothpaste and then we can add it to the cleaning/cereal shop as long as we include the trigger? And count in 3's - i.e trigger + 2 dental - then abrosia rice + 5 cereal?
Am I right ? Cheers0 -
Morning all.
Just totally wasted 2 APGs.
Bought nappies and real food.............bloomin kids.........why can't they use flash mop wipes and have toothpaste on their cereal like everyone else.:D:D:D
They dont like anything from the Ts 3 for 2 baby promo?Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0
