Looks lovely - i thought i would try some Granola today, so as its pretty reasonably priced in A's at the moment thought i would have a bowl for tea - i now know why the people that eat it are so slim - it took me that long to eat it - none stop chewing for a good twenty minutes - so all the calories i took in i used up trying to eat the stuff:rotfl::rotfl: next time will have a smaller bowl, thats what i get for being greedy :)

  • Just wanted to say thanks to everyone on this thread. You are all so helpful. I never had so much fun as doing the DTD when it was on and feeling part of the team by helping with finds in store. I haven't really used the forum recently as I didn't realise there were still glitches. I found out about this at the weekend and after reading lots of posts, I have decided to try a shop today.
I hope it's still working after some of the reports that it was being fixed for today. Even if it doesn't I am really greatful for all the helpful advice and general chat. It has so cheered me up.

    Morning all.

    The cove is RED

Another pod of dolphins has been caught.:(:(

Despite extreme weather conditions killers managed to slaughter 35-40 pilot whales. These poor souls have been in nets for 5 days, starving and frightened. :A

    Utterly shameful

How is this ongoing slaughter affecting the dolphin population?
Such high numbers like this regularly being slaughtered is sheer stupidity:mad:

    Aaaaargh!!!!!!!

Someone asked the other day how is this so different from us eating cow or pig meat. We have laws safeguarding the welfare of the animals. Japan has no such laws therefore animals can be kept in any condition. Imagine if we starved our herds for 5 days before slaughter. There would be uproar.:(

Dolphin meat is also very toxic. It contains large amounts of mercury. These people feed it to their children.
