IT: Server 2012, VMWARE & Citrix Hands on Training in London

For those of you in IT, please can you help!
My experience of IT is in Desktop/2nd Line support.
I need a new challenge and would like to learn more Server related troubleshooting, VMWARE and Citrix.
My current contract ends at the end of September (this month), so would like to start on the 1st of October on a full time or part time course with an aim to finish by the end of October.
Any institutions that does hands on training in London that you may know of, please do reply back!

Google is good for getting a list of institutes without it being recommended.

Download VMWare server (If you haven't already)and get started with that at home, its free. So good guides / tutorials and whitepapers on the web.
If you wish to sit the exam you must sit the VMWare course, its a pre-req.
To get exposure to the Server O/S you can of course create VM's of them.
Sorry can't recommend anything in London. I did use QA when doing my VCP, no complaints here about them, not sure this is actually what you are wanting though and my company paid of course.0
