Eggstravagant Freegal Easter Plans?

Well, I suppose I would have to class ours as eggstravagant - we are going away in our 30 year old VW camper to Norfolk for the four days camping with 20 of our vw dub buddies. As we have three dogs and two kids we ahve to take my car as well!!!

Petrol VW - £60
Petrol Citoren - £30
Camping - £25
Food - £25
Booze - £25

Enjoyment - priceless

Oh I'm jealous - OH has a bug currently being restored and off the road - we are both VW dub fans. OH is desparate for another camper.

DG - am saving for my bug - have £800 saved so far plan to have £1500 this time next year. As my littest told me today - Oh mum it will take us even longer to get anywhere!!!!!!!

Oh would love to be saving for a camper right now but cant - more urgent things to be spending money on. Perhaps we should start our own little VW dub support group on the forum!

LOL - I love my camper, someone knocked on the door a few weeks ago and asked if it was for sale, and I was mortifeid, would have sold one of the kids quicker!!!!!

On a serious note though - they cost a huge amount of money!!!! and the worst thing is I can justify buying her anything!

I know what you mean, OH is potty about his bug and it is the one thing that he is adamant that he wont get rid of, even when we are going through really hard times. Have a great time at Easter.

Sounds good. My OH is getting his Dad's 1923 Road ready for the Dafodill run on the 15th. Hope it stays dry and warmish!
