Worth looking at moby memory, they have 2Gb ones which I haven't seen available before.0

got mine off ebay but around the same price as play a couple months back, sandisk 1gb.
whilst on subject of k800i, i've been having loads of trouble with joystick on my orange contract handset
spoke to them this morning about it but they basically said because i hadnt taken out insurance with them then it was tough, contract started in aug 06, 18mth long, unlimited texts, my argument with them will be that they should sell handset which is capable of coping with large amount of texts, i prob send about 800 a month. not sure where i stand legally, i assumed that as i was renting the handset from orange that they would repair or replace it during the period of the contract?? their advice was to contact sony ericsson before 12mth warranty was up, but that would leave me without a phone, while i would still be paying orange for the pleasure.
she also said i could pay them £30 and they'd send phone off for me, and then £6/mth to join insurance scheme
any! got any advice or links to other sites that i'm sure will have covered this subject before
cheers

Surely it's under a 12 month warranty which would be with Orange, not Sony. The warranty is with the seller, not the manufacturer. I'd try again as you may have just got an ignorant individual who doesn't know what they are talking about or they were just trying it on with you.
The ear piece on my K800i packed in earlier this year which was odd, but T-Mobile were great. I've had mine since August 06 too, I just had to take it in to a T-Mobile shop in town, they gave me a loan set, sent my phone off for repair and it was back after just 5 days at no cost to me because that's what warranties are for.0 -
Sandisk 2gb is £29.99 at play (although currently out of stock)
Same one is £5 more at mymemory.co.uk, but interestingly they also have listed, and its the first time I've seen it, a 4GB M2 (Sandisk) for £69.99
Trying to decide whether to get a 1 or 2GB card for my K800 as the contract is up in 4 months time and 'll probably switch to a Nokia or Samsung in which case I'll have to go down the microSD route instead. No Unapproved or Personal links in signatures please - FT30 -

depends on much memory u need, a 1gb will probably be enough, but depends how many photos/videos/mp3's u put on.
a 2gb one sells on ebay for around £20 plus p&p. if u do change to nokia, u could always sell your card on ebay, i think u'd still get a decent amount back after 4 months.0
