Prize Draw open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, and online via the www.itv.com, www.stv.tv and www.u.tv websites as stated in the ‘The X Factor’ and ‘The Xtra Factor’ programmes (the “Programmes”) on Saturday 15 September 2012.

· Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS and SMS at 6.00 p.m. on Saturday 29 September 2012 as stated in the Programmes.

· Prize Draw closes for entries online at 5.00 p.m. on Thursday 4 October 2012.

Winner selection date:

Within 24 hours of the closing date and time for all entries. The prize is time critical and the winner will be contacted as soon as practicable on or after the draw date in accordance with Clause 4.2 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms.

How to enter & cost of entry:

To enter this Prize Draw, simply submit your name and information via:

· PRTS Phone - call 090 4161 9777 and follow the instructions given on the PRTS phone line; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the Prize Draw a third time without additional charge. This can be repeated to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.54 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.

· SMS text – send an SMS text with or without the keyword WIN to 88323. The keyword is not required information so SMS entries without the keyword or where the keyword is misspelt will still be counted and charged; up to 6 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the Prize Draw via SMS a second time using the same mobile number. Entrants who send a second SMS text using the same mobile number to 88323 by the closing date and time will receive an additional, third entry into the Prize Draw without charge. This process may be repeated to reach the 6 entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s chargeable SMS text entries costs £1.50 plus one standard network rate message.

· Online – go to www.itv.com and follow the instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number provided.

Prize:

There is one prize consisting of:

a) Cash

£20,000 (twenty thousand pounds) which will be paid by BACS transfer into the winner’s nominated bank account. The winner must provide their valid account details in order to receive this part of the prize.

b) Tickets to the World Premiere of ‘Skyfall’

Two tickets for the winner and one companion to attend the World Premiere of the new James Bond film, ‘Skyfall’ at the Royal Albert Hall, London on Tuesday 23 October 2012. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companion are available to take the prize on the relevant date.

The prize also includes 4 star hotel accommodation for one (1) night on a bed and breakfast basis based on two people sharing a twin or double room, standard class return rail travel from the UK mainland station nearest to the winner’s home address to London (unless the winner is based in Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands in which case the prize will include return economy class flights to London and return ground transfers from the arrival airport to the hotel), return ground transfers between the arrival rail station in London and return ground transfers between the hotel and the premiere for the winner and their companion. Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

The winner and their companion acknowledge that in the event that the premiere does not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided. The prize is subject to venue restrictions and photographic ID may be required. The film has been classified as a 12A certificate film and is not recommended for a child aged under 12 years old.

The prize excludes meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance and personal expenses.

c) Holiday

A ten-night trip for the winner and a companion to Shanghai and Hong Kong. At least one member of the travelling party must be aged over 21 years old. The prize includes economy class flights from a London airport of the prize provider’s choice to Shanghai, China and then from Shanghai, China to Hong Kong and from Hong Kong to London Heathrow, return transfers from the airports in Shanghai and Hong Kong to the hotels and 5 star hotel accommodation based on two people sharing a twin or double room (subject to availability) on a bed and breakfast basis with 5 nights being spent in Shanghai and 5 nights being spent in Hong Kong. The prize includes dinner for the winner and their companion at the Golden Flower restaurant at Wynn Macau Resort to the value of £200 (two hundred pounds), including return hotel transfers by taxi and ferry. The prize also includes a guided tour of Shanghai by coach and gondola. The guided tour will last approximately 5 hours and includes hotel pick up and drop off.

Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. The prize must be booked and taken up within 12 months of winner confirmation (subject to availability), and cannot be taken during 19 December 2012 to 3 January 2013 inclusive, on any UK bank holidays and on any other dates as may be specified by the prize provider. Please note that the trip must be booked at least 6 weeks in advance of travel.

Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. The winner and their companion must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to China. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. Travel insurance for the winner and their companion is included for the duration of the trip (subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider). It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party (ii) meet any costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical conditions, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and/or their companion adhere to the visa entry requirements to China. It is the responsibility of the winner to adhere to the local laws in China including but not limited to the legal age limit for buying, drinking and possessing alcoholic beverages which is 18 years or over.

The prize excludes ground transport to and from the London airport, meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions (other than those specified above), attractions, treatments, car hire, personal expenses, and visas and vaccinations. Vaccinations are highly recommended when taking up the prize.

d) Tickets to a Musical Performance at the Royal Albert Hall

Two tickets for the winner and one companion to attend a musical performance of the winner’s choice at the Royal Albert Hall. The tickets must be purchased within one year of winner notification and are subject to availability and venue restrictions. Please note that certain concerts are excluded, such as charity events and invitation only events. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companion are available to take the prize on the relevant dates.

The prize must be booked and taken up by no later than 31 December 2013. Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

The winner and their companion acknowledge that in the event that their chosen musical performer does not perform on the relevant date, or that the performance does not take place as specified for any reason, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.

The prize excludes transportation to and from the musical performance, accommodation, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance and personal expenses.

It is a dupe, it wont let me enter again saying I've exceeded my phone number limit.

Plus, it's the only one that Roboform hasn't filled out properly as they've not spaced the words 'Mobilenumber' lol
