Opos Limited - help

Hi,
Last month after calls inundated and quite frankly rude calls to my work and mobile I arranged a repayment plan with Opos for an outstanding debt of £218. In my proposal I stated that on the 30th of each month Iwould log onto my account and pay £40. On the 30th I logged on andpaid £30 then on the on the 6th September I paid £10. On the 10thSeptember I logged onto my account and saw that without any authorisation fromme they have stored by card details which I paid with and withdrew £30.75 from my card.
Is it acceptable for me to write to them and say that as I have paid two months worth of repayments in one month that I will be freezing the repayment this month and recommence it next month?
Thanks in advance for your advice.

I know whether it is legal or not but to be honest, you broke the contract to start with. (or yu said 'in my proposal', did they actually agree with your proposal, if so you agreed with them to pay £40 on the 30th of each month, then just go ahead and pay £30 and then £10 in different weeks.
Have you actually spoken to them to ask why they have taken the £30/75. I think I would do that first.
You have probably confused the issue by breaking the agreement to start with.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0
