    Really? In their head office?

The question was "What sort of office requires a uniform to be worn?"

Apart from your own, point out where the reference to head office is.

When I'm in the office in my other job I have the choice of wearing collar and tie or my uniform polo and fleece. I generally go with the polo shirt. It's not a daft colour and I find it more comfortable to move about in.
Yes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?
Get jobs in offices and wake up for the morning commute?

There is an office in MacDonalds fast food restaurant? I never knew they had an office in store? Maybe they do but as I have not been in one since the early 80's I wouldn't know.

Headoffice and contact centre for Screwfix is one, all employees have to wear company uniform.
  • I thought Japanese companies went in for that kind of thing (vague memories of everyone in boiler suits at Honda Swindon). Also Evil Supe-Villian henchmen, they have uniforms, even in the Office (aka Lair).

I prefer a uniform. No um-ing and ah-ing in the morning as to what to wear. Our uniform also has a selection of different trousers, skirts, dresses and shirts so we don't all end up looking like drones. Plus as said before, you can claim for maintaining and washing.
