Fortune favours the brave..well let's hope so. I asked at work today for a pay rise...will find out at the end of the week. :j

I've worked there 4 years and have found other people who are new to the company and do less than me get approx 4k more :eek: so obviously I am Feeling very low because of this so I hope i get it as this would really help me. I am a really good employee so no worries here. Might be 200 a month difference after tax .

Big boss is not happy people have been discussing salary(!) :mad:

Not much I can do if I dont get it ..but I was shocked.

Massive low point today ..boss said no to salary increase and if i dont like i know where the door is :eek:

Not good :mad: . Had to move the move in day of the flat to Saturday due to money, stress etc. So can not wait to update you all.

Thank you to all of you especially the PM's which have cheered me up no end when reading them.
