Should this be in my SOA?

Hi All,

When I completed my original SOA I didn't include some CC debt that I have in my name that is actually paid by others. A family member and a friend owe around £3000 on my CC's - I helped them out when they were stuck ( I know that I am not really in a position to do this but.......) . I won't go into details but they make the payments and it costs me nothing. Should I have included this on my SOA even though I don't actually pay it????

  • Sorry if last post was a bit of a ramble. Feeling really crappy this evening. Probably my lowest point since my LBM. Feel really guilty that I am in this situation and that I am not providing more financial stability for my son. I know that he doesn't go without but I can't help but feel that I have let him down by not being more financially secure.

I desperately want to get out of this debt and rid myself of this stress!!!!!!

No I wouldn't count it, as long as your friends are reliable and will keep paying

I would say it depends on if the SOA is just for your own use or for sending to creditors. If it is going to creditors it needs to be included.
