About 4 years ago I contacted my credit card company to explain that I could no longer afford the monthly payments and started paying what i could afford. this was ok for a year or so. But then the ccc took me to court to have the debt put on our house. Also the court set a fixed amount that I had to pay each month. All was well untill this morning when I got a letter in the post from my ccc saying that they have sold the debt to another company and i will be hearing from them soon. now my questions.
Does the company have to stick to the amount that the courts set or does that not count. also where my ccc had a order on my house does this just pass to the new company or do they have to applie to have it on the house.!
