Sussed it, it will only show up for me if the window is full screen, any links i click tend to open in a window half screen size so wouldnt show. Very strange0

Go to the home page, click on graphics, wallpapers, cartoons and fun, its on page 4. Make sure you are signed in 1st. It worked for me this way.
