My wife and I has just been refused rebanding on our house, we have also been informed that we cannot appeal either. The house has been placed in Band B, although when my wife bought the house in 2000, she paid £31000 for it.
When my wife sent off the appeal, she didn't send off proof of the purchase price, so this has not been taken into consideration. Is it possible to send this evidence to the VOA and have our case reassessed?
