Holiday pay if you leave?

Hello

I'm currently on Maternity Leave and I dont think my employer can change my hours so its unlikely I will be able to return. I had quite a difficult time with them pre-birth and allowed myself to not take my entitled holidays as they told me I wasn't allowed even though I knew I was and I just couldnt be bothered with the agro.

(I took my maternity leave in June, and I'm not due to return until June next year, therefore I still accrued holidays before I left and while on maternity leave, but holidays get renewed in April and if I haven't taken them then I loose them, so don't know how i could possibly take them being on maternity leave?! so thinking of resigning before April if i can still get them? My employer basically told me I could not take them before going on Maternity leave which to be honest I think is rubbish because its the only time I could potentially take them.)

When it comes to leaving, will I be paid outstanding holiday pay, or is it now lost?

Thanks
