Has he got a CCJ or not

Hi
Just after a bit of advice. Back in nov 2009 a creditor took hubby to court, for payments. From hubby's memory, the judge said they were to come to some mutual payment agreement and if they couldn't, he'd issue a CCJ. They did come to mutual agreement.
Hubby has applied for a new job, in the application form it asks if he has ever had a CCJ, or been made bankrupt. HE WANTS TO BE HONEST SO HAS GOT A £2 credit report done, under the court section it only mentions his IVA he entered in 2010. Just trying to be 100% about the CCJ.
I take it if he had one this is where it would be?

Seems a sensible conclusion to me. Tell him to print it out and keep it in a safe place. Then he has the evidence if anything pops up ot of the blue job wise. He can then say he did indeed tell the truth.
Just to cover his own back.
Good luck to him, hope he gets the job.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
