Reservation fees

I've just been looking at Nationwide mortgages. I always keep an eye on them as they are who I am with and my fixed rate is up next April. I have all my accounts with them and have done so for years, so is something like what is below good for me, ie. no reservation fee. Does any other banks do this? Is this likely to be a short term thing? It would greatly persuade me to stay with the Nationwide as their interest rates are usually quite competitive and if there is no fee, then even better!
