They returned watch and you were truthful in your original claim.
Get watch serviced by omega dealer ( removes doubt of claim by changing circumstances to why now working ok) so that if questioned that it works you can show receipt. keep watch, or sell with service receipt tell buyer had been put through wash and insurance payout made.( write on receipt, NO comeback if problem with working they can take to service agent).

Don't reaaaallly know, read it in Davinci Code or Angels and Demons, Didn't mean to offend of course, I'm not Catholic or an Angel but I try to be.

So, I would use the vouchers to buy a new watch and sell the old one.
