They don't do them every week, but they do them quite often. I try to post as soon as I know anything about one of these so generally on the Thursday or Friday before the comp when they first advertise them in the paper.0 -
This bit
makes me think you have to enter in every 30 min slot
My entries have all gone through fine and had confirmation for each one except the 9.30-9.59 one. Mr Melvis has entered too but received no confirmation emails? (we're both with gmail) So maybe one entry per household? x
I have entered myself via hotmail and my mum via her gmail. Her confirmation e-mails have gone into the trash box but they go to the inbox in hotmail. I guess gmail's span filters are better/stronger/more picky than hotmails?!0 -
Help please.
I entered about an hour and a half ago and haven't been able to enter since!
Keep getting 'Sorry - you have already entered once in this 30 minute period. If you would like to enter again, please do so in the next period'
I'm confused.
I've not received a confirmation email that every one is talking about either, and I've checked my Spam box too
Do I have to enter on SET TIMES each 30 minutes or can I enter once after 34 minutes and another after 43 minutes? Make sense? Thank you to everyone!
 Officially addicted to Comping :eek:0 -
Managed 12 times so far, instant confirmations.
I'm entering once every half hour just past the half hour mark. For instance, I'll enter at 3pm, then again at just gone half past, then again at 4. It's not set times to enter (God this is hard to explain!) it just means you have to enter once between the half-hour slots. For instance, you could enter at 5 past 5, then again at 5:35. The half-hours start on the hour and half past, so as long as you enter once in each slot you'll be fine.MSE wins: 2009 Altec Lansing iPhone speaker dock, 2012 Ribena 'Hunter' wellies , Local (non MSE) Tesco comp, Kindle Touch!0 -

You don't have to enter after set half hours... You should be able to enter, say, at 3:28, and then 3:32. At least that's how it's worked for me.:)
Sorry you're having problems...
Thanks for posting SM0 -
Best thing to do is enter every 15 minutes past and every 15 minutes too. So your well clear of each competition.
How many have you all entered so far then?I've done them all so far, got my phone alarm going off every 30minutes, will have no battery by the end of today :rotfl:

Damn real life getting in the way...0 -
I've only just found this and entered.
I have a bad hangover after a fantastic 40th birthday party at Burhill Golf Club in Surrey.
Please ask the Sunday Times to let me know in advance about these things so I can cancel engagements in the future. :cool:0
