I'd love to earn some extra pennies mytery shopping, but struggling to keep up with the company names! I've got BARE, but who else...TERN,RA? I'm new to this so excuse me lol!

    welcome

read Page 1 of this thread, as directed in the title

most of the companies mentioned are listed there.
Abbreviations are usually their first letters eg RA usually means Retail Active
TERN is the name of the company itself

all details provided on page 1 and the previous threads
read them ALL, nearly all questions will be answered for you, then yolu can decide if its for you.
But remember that location is key, there may be many many more people in your area also taking work
  • anyone else had phone call from abai for the car shop? not a bad paid job

I had a look at Tern and it says you have to complete a mystery shop at a store and that's the application? Has it always been like that? I know it's like every other shop but I really should do it seeing as you've got good things to say about them.
    Cup of Tea? :coffee:

I did that when I signed up. Its so easy to do and definitely worth signing up with them. :D

You could just base it around a shop that you are doing anyway (meaning when you are shopping for you or your family), rather than make a special trip. I always find that the companies which make you jump through a few hoops before taking you on are the best ones to work for.

Got talking to a lady at work. She used to mystery shop and audit in the late 90's and early 00's. She was telling me there used to be a fee and purchase for all visits as well as a travel reimbursement of about £5. !!!!!!. I want to go back in time!

Is it just me or are the REACT fees getting more scantily clad than RE/MF? The REACT reports are huge and the fees (only fee now for most visits as they have done away with the travel) have been drastically cut on almost all the visits. :(:(

Just to check, "SEQ Solutions" is RA right? They paid me for all outstanding jobs on the 6th then paid me the same amount plus £1 yesterday. I've only EVER done 5 jobs for them as the fees are normally shocking so if it's them, it's definitely a mistake.
