i am looking for a handheld vaccum cleaner something like the link below:

I don't think the one you are looking at is very good, I have a similar one and it runs out very quickly. I saw one recently on the Tchibo website that was 12v for £16 but not sure if they are still in stock. You may find a free delivery or discount code somewhere too.

I bought the next model up a few weeks back - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Electrolux-Handheld-Vacuum-Cleaner-Metallic/dp/B00012CQGS/ref=sr_1_1/203-3596385-0795165?ie=UTF8&s=kitchen&qid=1175603212&sr=1-1 - and it's pretty good, but does need to be left constantly charging if you want to use it regularly, which isn't great for your electricity bill or the environment..but then they're probably all like that!
