Apple iPhone 5 handset competition – Terms & Conditions

• The deadline for entry to the competition is 23:59 31 October 2012 United Kingdom time. Entries submitted after this date will not be eligible for prizes.
• The competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over at the closing date of the competition.
• There is a maximum of 5 entries allowed per individual
• The winner will be notified via email and will be asked to provide their name, address and phone number to enable the prize to be sent.
• Prize: There is one first prize of an Apple iPhone 5 (UK version) which was the review handset provided by and used by Suppose Ltd. The winner will be chosen at random from the valid entries, after the closing date of the competition.
• The Prize will be posted via what is deemed a secure method available to any specific address regardless of country. We accept no responsibility for lost prizes during transit.
• Entrants must provide a valid email address when entering the competition and a declaration that you agree with these terms and conditions.
• By accepting these Terms and Conditions you warrant that the information which you submit and/or distribute will not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or any other rights of any third party, and will not contain anything which is libellous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, harassing, or threatening.
• If relevant, Suppose Ltd reserves the right, but not the obligation, to screen filter and/or monitor information provided by you and to edit, refuse to distribute or remove it.
• By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current, complete and that you are eligible to participate in the competition and agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Suppose Ltd, its Directors and employees from and against any and all losses, claims, liability and damages of any kind, brought against any of them as a result of participation in this competition or acceptance or usage of the prize.
• Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of Suppose Ltd terms and conditions.
• Prize winners shall be notified within 28 days of the competition deadline passing.
• Prizes are awarded at the discretion of Suppose Ltd, and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
• Suppose Ltd has no responsibility for incorrect, incomplete, lost or delayed entries, or postal, telecommunication or internet faults, failures, or delays or telecommunication network incompatibility. Proof of posting or transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt by Suppose Ltd. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned unless deemed necessary by Suppose Ltd.
• Prizes unclaimed after 28 days will be deemed to have been forfeited and Suppose Ltd reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant – this will be consistent with the rules to decide the original prize winner. The original winner shall cease to be eligible for the prize or any alternative and shall have no claim against Suppose Ltd.
• The decision of Suppose Ltd to accept or reject an entry is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Legal recourse is excluded.
• Employees or members of their immediate family are not permitted to enter the competition and will not be eligible for prizes.
• Suppose Ltd may publish or broadcast your name, details and/or photographs for promotional purposes in any medium and you are required to co-operate with any reasonable request to take part in publicity for the competition, your entry or the prize.
• The names of winners may be published by us or will be available on request by writing to the Suppose Ltd postal address, specifying the competition and including a self-addressed and stamped envelope.
• No alternative prize will be offered.
• Submission of an entry will be taken to mean that you accept to receive communications from Suppose Ltd. Communications unrelated to this competition will provide an unsubscribe option to future email communications. Alternatively, you can write to Suppose Ltd requesting to opt out of future communications.
