Win a Champagne dinner for two at Heights restaurant
i-on has teamed up with the Apex International Hotel to offer one reader the chance to win a Champagne three course a la carte dinner for two at its newly refurbished Heights restaurant. Set on the rooftop of the Grassmarket hotel, the restaurant offers fine Scottish dining and boasts two AA rosettes. With picturesque views to Edinburgh Castle, it’s the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city centre.
Enjoy dishes like traditonal cullen skink and lightly smoked venison carpaccio to start, slowly braised beef cheek or pan roasted fillet of Scottish salmon as mains, and Eton mess or lemon posset for desserts.
