Does anyone else find Halifax's kids accounts online management utterly abysmal?

Remember to be careful about interest if you/your wife have provided the capital and the money is outside tax privileged schemes.

If you cannot move the money on-line then you will have to visit the branch and get a cheque drawn in your child's name?
