i'm still trying to advise my friend, he realises he's done wrong, he's going to confess and throw himself at the mercy of the hrmc, what is the realistic outcome regarding the above situation that i previously posted, i know a lot of you aren'y lawyers but i'm sure you have knowledge (my friend has an interview with the hrmc on tuesday)0

my friend made the apointment, he's got a clean record (50 years), always contributed (including 7 years in the army on active service), had a bad divorce which cost him a business (legit) and got him in a pickle moneywise thus the bankruptcy0
