Can anyone help me with a question. If you have entered a repayment plan with a debt agency can they suddenly start hounding you to up the payments.
They have been calling none stop and am waiting for a letter with reasons for this sudden wanting of them to up my repayments

Who is the company, it seems odd, are you due a review of your plan as this is normal to look at your circumstances once in a while. I am with CCCS and I usually have a budget review every so often to see if I am still managing and if possible pay more if I can, but I am certainly not hounded for bigger payments.
