2. By entering this promotion, you agree to be bound by these rules.
Eligibility

5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged or undelivered. Incomplete, inaudible and/or illegible entries will be disqualified. Judging
8. Entries will be judged through the following process: The winners will be selected carefully from those who have answered the 5 multi-choice questions correctly and entered a satisfactory answer of no more than 100 words to question 6. The winners will be chosen by an independent third party. There will be 6 winners: 1 main winner and 5 runners-up. Winners
9. Winners will be notified by email within 2 days of the notified closing date and published on the Vue facebook page and Twitter channel (@vuecinemas) on 15th October 2012.
10. The judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
11. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not respond to our notification within 2 days from the date contact was initially attempted or notification was sent, we will be entitled to select alternative winners.
Prize
12. The main prize is a Vue cinema pass valid for 12 months of free movies at Vue Halifax, plus an invitation to cut the ribbon at the Vue Halifax opening gala and attend the special evening screening on 25th October 2012. The 5 runners-up prizes are a pair of tickets to the Vue Halifax opening gala and special evening screening on 25th October 2012.
13. Prizes are as stated and are non-transferable.
14. No cash alternatives will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to award a substitute prize of an equal or greater value unless the stated prize becomes unavailable.
17. The receipt by the winning entrants of any of the prize components is conditional upon compliance by the winner (and any guests) with any and all relevant laws, rules and regulations, as well as these rules. Winning entrants (or their parent/guardian if under 18) may be required to provide a written acknowledgement of these rules and other terms and conditions and/or consents relating to the prizes.
18. All prizes are subject to any additional terms and conditions of the manufacturer or supplier of the prize.
General
19. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations to the winners and any guests is such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
