Can't delete Toolbar

I have a 'SweetPacks' search toolbar that I have tried getting rid of and it won't go. I have looked for it in uninstall programmes but couldn't tried a system restore and its still there. How can I get rid of this please?

if you're using IE, go to tools > manage add-ons and remove it from in there......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple

Yep, after following your instructions and then a manual restart it did the job...thanks:) It said it was a firefix add-on, but I didn't want to take the chance or need it, so its gone.0
