    UPDATE

    I've just received the SAR I requested from GE Money. Remember I've told you that they told me that I was forced to take the PPI otherwise no loan?

    As you can see from the document received, the word advised is clearly visible next to the policy number.

    Then this is the copy of the letter received at the time, about the PPI, saying that I've opted for it.

    Now the question is, dou you think I have grounds to claim back the PPI paid??

    Any advise on this would be really appreciated, sure is not the right trhead, but sure you will understand why was linked within this one.

    An old thread again... but was just wondering if Fribourg got anywhere with it all? It still niggles me that I paid all of that money back!
