  • have never used a code instore - what do you need to do please?
I have a £20 giftcard to spend - would go further with £10 off!
    :D
  • I want to use the 5 for £5 code for travel size items, but it won't let me because I had already played around with the £10 off code. I removed everything from my basket to start over, as the 5for5 is a better deal for what I want to order- but there is no code box now, and no code applied anywhere? How do I "clear the cache" as it were and get the code box back?

I think it will work if you clear your cookies on your internet browser and refresh the page after doing so. The box should re appear then.
  • Thanks - I will try that :)

You can also sign in, then sign back out again. It clears your basket and any codes you've applied.
 Mummy to an amazing little girl
  • Er, I don't know if this will work for everyone but I've just got two of the 750ml shower gels for £6.75 each - I'd put in the code to enable you to get 2 fragrances for £12 and then removed the perfumes as I'd changed my mind (the code is on the BS site, under Outlet).

Ok, so I had to pay delivery and I usually don't buy these until there's a glitch as £12 each is way too much but it's still a saving!

Yes think I made a boob somewhere - it showed that the £10 was taken off but after I confirmed it had gone up to £21 instead of £11 - I have just emailed now as I don't want it all at full price!
Did keep a screen shot though as evidence.

Same thing happened to me - used the code, took the £10 off, logged in, added card details, discount showing, placed order - then order confirmation showed full price! Bit naughty of Body Shop, so I emailed and politely asked for order cancellation of refund of the £10 discount.

Fast forward to today, a week later, and I get a 'blunt' reply:
Thank you for contacting The Body Shop Online Team.

We will make an exception this time and refund the 10 GBP but make sure you enter the code correctly in the future. The money will be back into your account in 3 to 5 working days.

I did  then :rotfl: because I know I entered the code correctly - and as my DD says, I'm very good at using BS codes;)

Not the best reply from CS but at least the code was honoured. Do check your order confirmations on this code - it seems a bit glitchy.

    :)CCx
  • Sorry I'm new to this what's the code board? How do I get to see the code? Thank you in advance

    Welcome on board! :)
    Here is the code: http://www.thebodyshop.co.uk/content/offer/offer2.aspx?cm_mmc=Email-_-12091210for20-_-main-_-10for20
  • The £10 off £20 code has expired now. There is another promotion code on the Body Shop home page whereby you can get up to 50% off, depending on how many items you buy.
